Fees
Mind Matters Oasis, P.C. is an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. This means you pay for sessions directly at the time of service. Upon request, I can provide a superbill, which you may submit to your insurer to seek reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary- some plans may cover nothing, partial, or full amounts. Please contact your insurance provider (using the number on your card) to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.

The initial intake session includes a comprehensive assessment and treatment planning. This first session allows us to get a full picture of your needs and goals, setting the foundation for our work together.

I offer individual therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs. I also reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who need financial flexibility. We can discuss your situation during a free initial consultation to ensure you feel comfortable moving forward.

Prices vary depending on length of group
I offer supportive, topic-focused group therapy sessions designed to foster connection and growth. Groups provide a safe space to share experiences, learn new skills, and support one another. Each group has a set fee per session and we’ll discuss the focus and structure upfront to ensure it’s a good fit for you.

Walk-and-talk therapy combines the benefits of movement and nature with therapeutic conversation. We’ll meet outdoors, allowing for a relaxed, grounded environment while we work on your goals. Sessions are available in the Chicago suburbs. Walk-and-talk sessions are weather dependent, and we’ll discuss any additional paperwork, prior to beginning.

For fellow therapists seeking consultation or professional input.These sessions provide a space to collaborate, gain insight, and discuss complex cases while maintaining confidentiality.

$50 per hour (4 hours per month) group pricing available.
I provide LCSW supervision that is collaborative and growth-focused, helping you develop your clinical skills, navigate challenges, and work towards licensure. Supervision sessions are offered individually or in groups. My approach includes mentorship, guidance on clinical growth, and support in in areas such as assessment, documentation, imposter syndrome, and professional development, ensuring you feel confident as you grow into the therapist you want to be. As both a school social worker and clinical supervisor, I bring experience supporting professionals in school and clinical settings alike, helping you navigate both words effectively.
Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. If you're considering starting therapy, feel free to reach out, and I’ll provide a clear estimate of your anticipated session costs- no surprises.
This Good Faith Estimate is only an estimate which may be subject to change and may not reflect the overall total charges. There may be additional items or services not contained in this Good Faith Estimate to be recommended by your convening provider as part of your course of care. If new or additional services are recommended for a future date, you will be provided with an updated Good Faith Estimate prior to that upcoming service.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. This includes psychotherapy services.
You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

If service(s) is/are recurring, then the estimated costs included on the Good Faith Estimate are valid for 12 months from the date of the Good Faith Estimate.
This Good Faith Estimate is not a contract, and you are not obligated to obtain the items and/or services mentioned on the estimate, you may decline at any time if you so choose.
If the actual amount billed exceeds the expected charges included in this Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, it is your individual right to initiate the client-provider dispute resolution process.
Cancellation Policy:
To respect both your time and my schedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
